Our rates are not fixed; they are dynamic. What does this mean? Since we use a dynamic pricing system, rates change daily depending on the hotel's availability.
Once the reservation is confirmed and payment is made, the rate is locked and will not be updated.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is mandatory and must be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The cost is €0.60 per person per night.
For stays of more than seven consecutive nights, the tax is not required.
What does it mean that the rate is non-refundable?
When booking through our website, email, or reservation center, we always offer the best option: non-refundable rates.
Reservations confirmed under the "non-refundable" condition have a special discount and do not allow cancellations or modifications under any circumstances.

We do not offer breakfast service, but our apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, allowing guests to prepare their own meals with total convenience.
Additionally, there are several cafés and bakeries near the hotel with excellent options to start the day.
How are the rooms and apartments equipped?
Both rooms and apartments have digital locks, a TV, and central air conditioning with an individual temperature regulator.
Apartments also include a stovetop, microwave, small refrigerator, and kitchenware.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, small pets are allowed in some apartments 🐾, but their admission is subject to availability. We recommend checking with us before your arrival. It's important to avoid disturbing noises to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
Is smoking allowed inside the property?
Smoking is not allowed in common areas or inside the rooms or apartments.
What are the payment methods?
Reservations must be prepaid in advance using a credit card. When booking online, this payment option will be available.
